ONLINE ORDERING & PICKUP POLICY
Good bread takes time, and we want to make sure yours is fresh and ready when you arrive! To keep things running smoothly (and the good bread in the right hands), we've put together a few simple guidelines for online orders and pickups. Take a quick look before placing your order.
Scheduled Pickups
All online orders must be picked up on the date selected at checkout. We prepare orders specifically for their scheduled pickup day to ensure you receive your bread as fresh as possible.
Unclaimed Orders
We understand that life happens! Orders will be held for up to 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time. Any orders not collected within that window will be considered forfeited.
Refunds & Cancellations
All online orders are final. We do not offer refunds for canceled, missed, or unclaimed orders, except where required by law.
